Here you will find current information on issues concerning accreditation and evaluation.
» New Evaluation Regulation
Dates and deadlines
- 1 February 2011: Deadline for submitting applications for accreditation and re-accreditation with the academic year 2011/12.
Taking effect of approved applications for changes (requests for amendment and extension)
If the content of an application is changed, e.g. with regard to curriculum or examination regulations, during the approval period or in the course of the re-accreditation process, the FH Council points out that said changes will be binding for all persons concerned (in particular for the students) from the time they take effect. The adjustment of difficulties that might result from the implementation of the changed curriculum will be executed under protection of the interests of the students by the head of the teaching and research staff. It is recommended that this fact be kept in mind when drawing up the education contracts.
Applications for the transfer of diploma degree programmes to the tiered system
- In the course of transferring diploma degree programmes to the tiered system, the existing demand and acceptance studies as well as coherence analyses need to be updated; the updates can be carried out by the applicant him/herself.
- With regard to the transfer of students from FH diploma degree programmes to FH Bachelor's degree programmes, the following applies:
- The transfer rules are to be specified in the course of the requests (for amendment);
- The approval of the students for the change of their education contracts is required;
- Transfers are possible only once, namely at the beginning of the Bachelor's degree programme;
- Transfers are only possible at the beginning of the academic year;
- It is also only possible for some students of a class to transfer to another degree programme (education contract);
- The last possible transfer semester is from the 4th semester of the diploma degree programme to the 5th semester in the Bachelor's degree programme.
